Configure and schedule File Migration & Sync Jobs from SharePoint List Item

Empowering Users and Workflows to run recurring or onetime File Migration & Sync jobs

  • For each job just create a plain SharePoint List Item having Source URL/UNC and Target URL/UNC. All other configuration parameters like filters, recurrence and column mappimgs also specified within in the List Item

Job Options
  • Test-mode. No files are processed only reports are generated
  • File Name wildcards and filters on Folder, Modified, Content Type, Custom Columns
  • Include version history
  • Include sub folders, flattening folder hierarchy
  • Copy/Set metadata. All data types supported including Content-Type, MangedMetadata, Lookup, Text, Numeric, DateTime, Choice
  • Incremental operation. Only process new or modified files
  • Update metadata on existing files. File, Version, Modified, ModifiedBy remain unchanged
